Terms and Conditions

All Prime Customer orders can be expected to arrive between 24-48 hours Mon-Fri based on approved weather conditions and locations being serviced within those days (also with the exception of Holidays).

If an order is delayed for any reason - Prime Customers are allowed to receive up to a $25 reimbursement feed credit in addition to the order that was placed.

Once the product has been delivered - there are no refunds or exchanges.

All Sales are Final. Allow 10-14 business days for all initial orders.

Chargeback Policy

By purchasing any product listed on this website you agree to not file a chargeback. If you file a chargeback you agree to automatically forfeit your dispute if we respond to the claim. You agree to be charged a penalty fee for the value of your order. That fee will be allocated towards will consist of a product restock and processing fee. We have a strict no refund, no exchange, no chargeback policy. Up to 75% of invoice amount can be applied for returned items (Product Restocking Fee)If you open a chargeback, we will give you 72 hours to close it before we move forward with charging penalty fees. We issue store credit as feed credit.

There is a strict 10 day cancellation period before canceling an order - payment.

All cancellations on orders must be done before the 10 day period.
